I'M MARIANNE, A YOGA+ MINDFULNESS COACH WITH A PASSION FOR HELPING BUSY WOMEN SLOW DOWN—AND A MISSION TO SPRINKLE CALM INTO REAL LIFE, WITHOUT A MOUNTAIN, A MAT OR A MONK.
I grew up in the quiet of the country—surrounded by trees, trails, and stillness. That early love for nature shaped me: I was calm, reflective, and deeply rooted in peace. But everything changed when I moved to the city. Suddenly, I was switched on 24/7—activated into a go-go, Type-A super achiever mode. Between a fast-paced IT career and raising five kids, I was always doing, rarely being. And in my 40s, I remember thinking: Is this it?
In an unexpected twist, after trying yoga to help manage my fibromyalgia, I discovered it wasn’t just good for my body—it was powerful for my mind too. It helped me breathe, slow down, and reconnect with the part of me I’d lost in the busyness. As they say, the rest is history. I went on to study meditation, mindfulness, and other tools that helped me settle my racing thoughts and live with more ease.
I’ve lived this transformation—and now, my mission is simple: to guide busy, overwhelmed women like you from chaos to calm, one breath, one stretch, and one peaceful pause at a time. You don’t have to do it alone—I’m here when you’re ready.
